I have been using Windows 7 for couple of weeks now. I was reading some newsgroups on Microsoft site. Some time the access to the sites is so slow especially on slow connections. And worst of all I could not read the news offline. I used to use Outlook Express for all news reading from Microsoft development groups. For some reason Microsoft has decided to discontinue Outlook Express on Windows 7. And I could not find a decent new reader application. Then it came to mind that I used to use Thunderbird for emails and news. I was like there you do. I need to give it a try on Windows 7. I downloaded it and installed on Windows 7 and it worked like a charm.
