How to turn off User Account Control notifications in Windows 7

One of the biggest turn off that Windows Vista has for most users is the User Access Control (UAC) security dialog box pop ups that are thrown right on your face every time you try to do some action that require some special previleges. One of the things that Microsoft talked about in Windows 7 was to chnage this behavior.

In Windows Vista it was possible to turn off UAC notifications but it was not very stright forward for a regular user. Now when you start Windows 7, one of the first thing you see is Getting Started menu in Start menu. And in that menu is option to change UAC settings. Form this option you can completely turn off UAC notifications by dragging the slider all the way down to Never Notify. Microsoft does show description of each setting when you move the slider and tell you what can happen if you completely turn off notifications. Well, its your choice. See the screen shots below.
