When Windows operating system users switch to using Mac OS, one of the things that they look for is something similar to File Explorer. Or sometime users want to explore the contents of folder like /usr/local, /usr/local/bin etc. When the users goes to Finder tool, they don't see those folders there. If you ask this question to regular Mac users, you get answer like Goto Finder > Go > Go to Folder menu option. Well first reaction is look for that menu option in menu bar of Finder window itself. If you notice the option is not there. One of the things Windows OS users forget is that there is main menu bar at the very top of their machine as well. When you open an application or utility in Mac OS, the menu options for that application are available in top menu bar. Following screenshot shows Go menu option for Finder utility in Mac OS.
